GENERAL CONDITIONS:
 

  • If you have any special health condition and/or physical, please ask before hiring the services.
  • Hiring the services of MTB Salta, is subject to reading and accepting these general conditions and risks taking form.
  • The regular activities are reserved for people over 16 years, with no age limits. If you are under 16 years old, please consult for special or custom programs.
  • The services are not canceled due to rain, without the express request of the passengers and/or at the discretion of the provider. In all cases, is a top priority for the company, ensuring optimal security conditions for the activity.

 

 

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:

 

  • Complete equipment for carrying out the activity (mountainbike bikes, helmets, gloves (depending on the circuit), personal water bottles, reflective vests (depending on the circuit) );
  • Beverages (mineral water) and snacks during the activity;
  • Bilingual guides;
  • Permanent mechanical assistance and logistics;
  • Insurance relating to the activities required by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture of Salta

 

 

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE:

About payments:

 

  • Services will be confirmed with a 50% of deposit for the services requested.
  • The balance can be paid before the provision of services.

 

About Cancellations:

Percentage of cost to apply to cancellations:

 

  • 14 to 08 days before departure, 10% of the total
  • 07 to 04 days before departure, 50% of the total
  • 03 to the same day o departure, 100% of the total
 

MTB Salta reserves the right to modify or cancel all or part the proposed itinerary for events of force majeure outside the company. In such circumstances, the company will propose, upon acceptance of the passengers involved, an alternate day for the service or refund the full amount.

 

DISTRIBUTION OF STAFF BY PROGRAM:
 

All of our programs provides a tour leader from 1 to 5 participants. When groups are above that amount are contemplating supporting staff.

 

PRIVACY POLICY:

 

MTB Salta is committed to respecting the privacy and recognizes the need to protect the personal data that customers provide to organize the trip.

MTB Salta collects personal information from customers that is used to carry out the operations which they specified for trip planning. If the management of travel required, this information may be provided to a service provider, however, the information not be released to others without authorization of the client.

For no reason, MTB Salta, sell, rent or give personal information of its customers to anyother company, organization or individual without prior authorization of users to those concerned.

Sometimes MTB Salta customer can request information for purposes of marketing orinformation delivery, however, the customer can always decide.
